This website is owned and operated by Zone Properties Pty Ltd trading as Team Zone. The following Terms and Conditions govern the access to, and use of, the Team Zone service, website, online store and products.
Team Zone asks all customers to read the following carefully before making a purchase. Once you have engaged with our service, we will assume you have read our Terms and you will, therefore, be bound by them, at all times, without exception.
Any reference to ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ refers, at all times, to Team Zone. Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to our customers and website visitors.
OUR SERVICE
Team Zone is an official AFL licensee. We are 100% Australian owned and our AFL TeamCoach Packs are made in Australia. AFL TeamCoach Albums are designed in Australia and made in China.
Team Zone welcomes everyone to use and enjoy our service/s. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse access to those that we deem as having misused our service in any way, in contravention of our Terms and Conditions or otherwise.
We retain the right to make amendments to our service, brand, products or prices, at any time without notice or consequence.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Team Zone products can be purchased through our online store. Customers are welcome to browse our product range and are encouraged to contact us for further information or recommendations.
Once you have selected your chosen products, you will be prompted through our online checkout. You will be required to provide us with certain pieces of personal information, in order to successfully confirm your order. Refusal to provide one or more of the required pieces of information may affect your ability to place an order with Team Zone.
Please ensure that all of the personal details you have entered are complete and accurate, particularly your shipping address. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been shipped, and any errors in shipping address will result in the loss of your order.
Full payment is required at the completion of checkout. If for whatever reason, payment cannot be taken, you are free to make further attempts.
Once payment has cleared, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail, including an order number, which is to be quoted in any customer service correspondence with our Team Zone customer service team.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Team Zone will always endeavour to package and ship orders next business day. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to accept any cancellations on orders.
LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED PARCELS
In the event of a parcel being deemed as 'lost' or damaged the customer will need to notify Team Zone via email at [email protected]
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SAFETY
Team Zone will not be responsible for any consequences that may flow from the incorrect or misuse of our products due to non-compliance with our product implied recommendations.
